Team Ryano's welcomed the Ireland AM camera's to the club on Friday 17th May, 2024.

We had a great morning introducing Deric Ó h'Artagáin to our club, our coaches, members and the various martial arts sports we have on offer including Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Judo and MMA.
